The BGC team's most recent project is based in Duluth, Georgia. Our client, EquiMaxit, is a company that provides pre-sale renovation funding towards homes needing to be listed on the market, such as this home here. Our team at BGC Pro Painters helped repaint the interior and exterior, install new roofing, and replace the flooring. This work, completed by the BGC team, allowed for additional equity of up to $100,000 to be unlocked.
